Case study: Kaminario

Kaminario is an Israeli hi-tech company with a focus on the storage sector.
Aim: To raise series B funding from financial or strategic investors in China.
Process: We identified investors who have proven investing experience in storage companies, as well as prior investing expertise in this sector.
We conducted roadshows for Kamainario, and we focused on two venture capital funds with a willingness to invest in Israel.
Results: After three months of negotiations, Kaminario closed a term sheet with a leading venture fund from Hong Kong.
One attractive point of this deal was the participation of a Hong Kong investor along with reputable local funds, including Pintango.
